Your order is sent from Canada therefore, the package is subject to tariff upon arrival.
Tariff payment has to be done by the buyer and won’t be paid by the seller.Order returned due to tariff not paid won’t have their shipping refunded and only refunded when package is returned to seller.The order can take 1-3 weeks to arrive in the USA and 2-4 internationally.

Tracking is given to every order outside of CANADA

Where do you ship from?
All package are shipped from Montreal Canada by me & Space Mom! 

How long can It takes to get my order? 
Orders are mostly prepared 48 H after every order is placed and ship right away; 
Canada 1-3 weeks | USA 2-4 weeks | INT 4-6 weeks due to multiple facors a lot of orders can be delayed so please make sure to select the Tracked options if you want to guarantee location of your package.

I haven't received my item yet can you help ?
Yes please message me about any order that haven't been received 1 month after sending to canada/USA for International please wait 2 month.

When will I receive my preoder order? 
each Item have a different estimate that influence when each item will be received.

Why is my order not sent yet if I have other Items?
Each order containing preorder items will only ship once the preordered item arrived to us. If you want your order before make a separate order!
